Hello Busy Moms - Week-end is the only time to plan our food for through out the week to stay organized in our busy lives with kids.
As i shown in above picture -
Try to Soak all beans during the week -end so that some healthy snack is available during the week. Just Soak them and refrigerate. For me it stays fresh about 10-15 days. ( Not Freezing ) If u want u can freeze too. but needs to follow freezing instructions.
In the same way - Try to chop veggies and keep them in Ziplocs and they stay fresh and ready to use when ever we want!!!. It saves tons of time. Coming to any herbs - Just Wash them dry them next day keep them in air tight container it stays fresh almost 10-15 days. Its the same with Fruits too...Wash & Dry on paper towel then keep them in Fridge.
I will try to cook each Sunday at-least 2 dishes so that Monday i can take care of paying Bills, any appointments that i need to follow-up - any other important stuff.
