Meal Planning Part - 2

Coming to Part-2.
1) I keep Food binders its just like Recipe books those are the foods that i tried and my family members liked them.
2) Keep a Grocery check list ready Indian store, Any other Stores like Walmart Where we get Zucchini, squash kind of veggies

3) Keep Nuts packet handy for through out the week ( Helps for Snack time ) All mixed nuts packets or you can mix all of them and keep them ready in Ziploc's.

Instant pot and Slow cooker both really helps us to cook fresh food without much effort.

4) Prepare chepati dough for the week and refrigerate i use Bread man Bread maker machine which gives us very soft dough and i have been using it since 2009 still its working well you can watch the video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Mg-nVzpReI
